NeoRageX5.0 Emulator Windows 8.1 compatible issue [solved]

It looks like there are some problems while running the NeoRageX5.0 on Win8.1 machine. The same copy works for windows 7, but doesn't work for windows 8.1. Then I searched on internet and found there is an update of the NeoRageX emulator, which can run on windows 8.1
