Download offline Android SDK Add-On's by Google Inc.
I have just faced problem about installing the android api with the SDK tools, it is always stucked at 50%-60%, then i thought that if it is possible to download those package with third-party download manager and install offline. After a long searching, I found these.
So here I am sharing these with you...
NB: The latest API, 17 is at the last.
